There are currently no crash test dummies used in the U.S. that resemble the size of the average woman, which experts say causes women to be more likely to be hurt or killed in a crash.  NBC News Julie Tsirkin reports on lawmakers’ new efforts to modernize crash tests to protect women in car accidents.
